Prism Quality Care welcomes referrals for children, adolescents, and adults who need psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapy, and behavioral health services. We work with patients, families, healthcare providers, hospitals, social service agencies, attorneys, schools, employers, and community organizations.
Who Can Refer to Prism Quality Care?
We accept referrals from:
Hospitals and emergency departments
Primary care and specialty providers
Social service agencies and child/family services
Attorneys and workers’ compensation representatives
Schools and educational programs
Substance use treatment programs
Employers and community organizations
Patients and family members
Referrals may be made for psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapy, behavioral health follow-up, substance use disorder (SUD) evaluation and treatment, and other mental health needs.
